Develop a multi-stage build template for production Dockerfile #44

At the moment we don't have a multi staged build template to use with our containers, using the build pattern for our proposed application structure.

As part of this we should revise and refactor the use of variable names across the configuration files.

The aim of these labs is to have as generic as possible template to start projects from.
