The R package documentation still references OpenSSL 1.0 and 1.1 binary variants, but support for these older versions has been removed.

Files to update:

  • r/vignettes/install.Rmd (lines 39, 274-275)

Changes needed:

  • Update minimum OpenSSL version requirement
  • Remove references to linux-openssl-1.0 and linux-openssl-1.1 binary variants
