After: Use a 256 GB omitted-storage default across frontend/backend and improve responsive resource controls while preserving explicitly configured existing quotas.

Validation boundary

The author reports 16 backend and 22 editor tests plus Chromium API-fixture checks. Production login, deployment and quota enforcement remain unverified.
