Go to definition: support docblocks object references #105
Description
I'm not sure this is a feature suggesting for atom-ide-ui is ide-php but here goes:
When referencing objects inside docblocks it would be benefiting to use hyperclick/goto to open that specific class.
Example: https://github.com/laravel/framework/blob/master/src/Illuminate/Support/Facades/Cache.php: (@see).

PHPStorm and other big-name IDEs use
/** @var NextLineVariableClassName */to help with language intelligence, it would be nice if I could hyperclick through that annotation, but I understand it might be a limitation of the language server.Where would a contributor start if they wanted to help implement this feature?
