What

avocado init now generates projects targeting release: 2026 / channel: edge instead of release: 2024 / channel: edge.

How

  • configs/default.yaml: distro.release 2024 → 2026. The SDK image follows via {{ config.distro.release }} (avocadolinux/sdk:2026).
  • src/commands/init.rs: the init template test asserts the new default.

Results

  • cargo fmt --check clean
  • cargo test green
