Issue Link, if available

Follows merged Java #800. Aligns the Java telemetry stability markers with JS #1030.

Description

Remove 35 @Experimental annotations and 27 unused imports from telemetry-exporter/src/main/java, including nested types and OTelExporter. Remove the preview heading suffix and disclaimer from telemetry-exporter/README.md:1–8.

Runtime implementations and API signatures are unchanged. Record schema 1.0 is preserved (telemetry-exporter/src/main/java/software/amazon/lambda/durable/telemetry/DurableExecutionTelemetryRecord.java:18–20).

Next step: publish the stable telemetry artifact

The existing release workflow publishes the telemetry exporter alongside the SDK and companion artifacts at the shared Maven version.

Follow RELEASE.md:11–65:

  1. Run Prepare Maven Release with the chosen version, without a leading v. Review and merge the generated version-bump PR.
  2. Create and publish GitHub release v<version> from that PR's merge commit. This triggers Publish Maven Release, which builds, signs, and uploads the artifacts to Sonatype and attaches the JARs to the GitHub release.
  3. Review and manually publish the exporter package in Sonatype Central Portal. The workflow uses autoPublish=false, so a successful workflow alone does not make the artifacts available in Maven Central.
  4. Confirm Maven Central availability and merge the generated next-SNAPSHOT PR. Update the shared documentation versions as described in RELEASE.md:67–109.

Publication is a follow-up action, not part of this PR.

Demo/Screenshots

Not applicable. This change removes stability markers and preview documentation.

Checklist

  • I have filled out every section of the PR template
  • I have thoroughly tested this change

Testing

Java 17 (Amazon Corretto 17.0.19), Maven 3.9.16. Builds use an isolated local Maven repository.

  • mvn -B -pl telemetry-exporter -am clean verify: passed, including 148 telemetry tests.
  • mvn -B clean install passed across all nine modules; 2,966 tests passed, 31 cloud tests skipped. The full nine-module build was not rerun after this test-only deletion.
  • mvn -B spotless:check and mvn -B -pl telemetry-exporter -am javadoc:javadoc: passed. Javadocs reported two unresolved links in unchanged sdk/src/main/java/software/amazon/lambda/durable/operation/WaitForConditionOperation.java:33.
  • Installed OpenTelemetry API compatibility matrix: all 16 cases passed.
  • Artifact checks: no experimental marker in 59 classes, 30 sources or 112 Javadoc pages. Public JVM signatures, all 11 POMs and flattened telemetry dependency coordinates match the baseline.

Unit Tests

No new unit test is included.

Integration Tests

No new integration tests. Existing local-runner tests passed, including 544 SDK integration tests. Cloud tests are not enabled. Java 21 virtual-thread examples are excluded on Java 17 by the existing build profile. No deployment or publication was performed.

Examples

No new example. Public API usage is unchanged.
