Description

In the user profile, the OKX Wallet logo in the Web3 wallets section rendered black, so it was nearly invisible in dark mode. Single-color logos like Apple and GitHub in the connected accounts section use the text color instead.

The connected accounts row drew single-color logos as a CSS mask filled with currentColor, but the Web3 wallet row always rendered a plain <img>. okx_wallet was on the single-color list, but that list was only used by the connected accounts model, which only shows OAuth providers.

Move the list to isMonochromeProvider in user-profile-provider.utils.ts, used by both the connected accounts and Web3 wallets models.
Add monochromeIcon to the Web3 wallet projection.
Move the logo rendering out of the connected account row into a shared UserProfileProviderMedia, and use it in both rows. This removes the duplicate icon and fallback styles.
