Client::geUri() typo, MissingClientException::create() typing #39

Description

• ClientInterface::geUri() / Client::geUri(): typo, getUri() expected (documented as is in reference/client.md).
• MissingClientException::create($code): untyped parameter, return type in the docblock only.

Proposal

• Add Client::getUri(), and deprecate geUri() (kept in ClientInterface and Client, calling getUri(), with a deprecation): adding getUri() to ClientInterface would break the custom clients, it can be done in the next major version.
• MissingClientException::create(string $code): self.
• Update reference/client.md.

Breaking changes

geUri() is deprecated (still available). A class extending MissingClientException and overriding create() must declare the same types.
