Upgrades the
certifiCA bundle inuv.lockusing the latest uv.certifi: 2026.7.22 → 2026.10.19 (uv lock --upgrade-package certifi). No other packages changed.revisionfrom 3 to 5. Check that the uv version CI pins can read this file; an older uv may rewrite or reject it.pip install -U uvrather thanuv self update.
