docs(linear): worked examples for auth/select elicitations, externalUrls, and stop handling #49

The mechanics for Linear auth elicitation (signalMetadata.url, optional userId), select elicitation, PR/dashboard links via externalUrls, and application-owned stop handling are implemented, but there are no worked examples covering the full loops (including follow-up behavior after a user completes auth or makes a selection).
Acceptance: runnable or documented examples for each, linked from docs/how-to/linear-agent-sessions.md and docs/linear-agent-capabilities.md (gaps #5/#7).
