Problem

Windows bundles shipped only codegraph.cmd, so Git Bash CLI commands and Claude Code hooks failed with exit 127.

Fix

Add an extensionless launcher using bundled node.exe, matching runtime flags, quoted arguments, and inherited host PID. Existing cmd and POSIX launchers remain unchanged.

Validation

  • Windows 11 VM repro: main failed with exit 127; fix-1278 passed.
  • New Windows regression failed against the original recipe and passed with the fix.
  • Launcher and runtime-flag suites: Windows 12 passed; macOS and Linux Docker 13 passed each, with platform skips.
  • Verified spaced paths, argument/exit forwarding, CLI/hooks, cmd/PowerShell, and both Windows archive layouts.
  • Builds passed; npx tsc --noEmit clean on Windows and macOS.

Fixes #1278

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Ship an extensionless shell launcher alongside codegraph.cmd for Windows.
Use bundled node.exe with matching runtime flags and preserve arguments, exit status, and inherited host PID.
Validate on Windows 11, macOS, and Linux, including CLI/hooks and archive contents.
