research-codebase/SKILL.md references a codebase-pattern-finder agent that was never shipped, so it silently fell back to locator + analyzer. Add the agent under agents/ at the plugin root, matching the flow documentarian agent convention, where it auto-discovers and is reachable via the .claude/agents symlink. research-codebase/SKILL.md:56tells the orchestrator to use acodebase-pattern-finderagent, but that agent was never shipped. Only 5 agents existed (codebase-locator,codebase-analyzer,flow-locator,flow-analyzer,web-search-researcher), so the skill silently fell back to locator + analyzer and lost the pattern-finding capability.Change
