Mark v1.19 as the latest docs version for the 1.19.0 release, following the 1.18 promotion (dapr#5206): version menu and versions list in hugo.yaml, the branch table in README.md, and the dapr-latest-version shortcode. The 1.18 promotion (dapr#5206) left baseURL on the preview host, and dapr#5242 fixed it a month later. Without this change, the absolute URLs that the promoted v1.19 site renders (canonical and og:url) point at https://v1-19.docs.dapr.io instead of https://docs.dapr.io. Downgrades the 1.18.0 row from "Supported (current)" and adds a placeholder 1.19.0 row marked "Supported (current)", with an inline TODO. The real release date, CLI version, and per-SDK versions cannot be filled in yet: as of 2026-10-09 the CLI has no 1.19 branch or tag, and the Go, JS, PHP, and Rust SDKs had not started their 1.19 work. Whoever merges this PR at GA must replace the TBD values first. Promoting v1.19 to latest (this PR already sets version_menu to "v1.19 (latest)" in hugo.yaml) makes website-v1-19.yml skip its own deploy — it already gates on version_menu containing "(latest)" and defers to website-root.yml. Without this file, nothing would deploy v1.19 to production docs.dapr.io once v1.18's website-root.yml is deleted (docs#5361). This is the
