Marks the Rust SDK as a workflow authoring SDK in two tables:
developing-applications/sdks/_index.md: adds the Workflow checkmark to the Rust row. The status column stays "In development".building-blocks/workflow/workflow-overview.md: adds a Rust row to the "Supported SDKs" table, linked to thedapr::workflowmodule on docs.rs.The Rust SDK ships the
dapr::workflowmodule since v0.19.0 (dapr/rust-sdk#313). Theworkflowcargo feature is on by default, and the repository has five workflow examples that CI validates.Issue reference
