Opened by the branch-disposition execution (2026-11-07) from branch queue/3041-631-subagent-ancestor.

Branch origin: queue branch for issue anomalyco#3041.
This branch was laptop-local work (or a stranded remote branch) with real changes ahead of main and no PR. Per Drew's 2026-11-07 branch-disposition ruling, ahead branches with real changes get a PR; this PR surfaces the work for triage instead of leaving it stranded on a branch.

Triage owner: batch issue developing-today/code#7297 — outcome per batch triage: close with reason, or route to impl/finish/merge as a follow-on fix task.

Evidence: branch-ahead review ~/workspace/scratch/branch-ahead-review-2026-11-07.md; execution log ~/workspace/scratch/branch-disposition-2026-11-07.md.

… expectations (#631)

Owner effect in the session request model now also syncs the owner
(root) family: landing directly on a descendant never loaded the
roots other subagents, so the running menu counted +1 instead of
+2 working (timeline-stream grandchild spec).

subagent-child-navigation:131: the child heading is the task
description per the child-title rule, not the list title.
timeline-stream:1543: the titled running-menu trigger accessible
name is title + count, not the count alone.

Verified locally (built e2e, laptop): subagent-child-navigation
ancestor-path spec passes. timeline-stream grandchild spec still
shows +1 working locally despite the family sync - parked on
task 3041 with the full evidence trail for the next shift.
