Issue Description

as merged by #580, a new component type image,

api/pkg/apis/workspaces/v1alpha2/components.go

Line 19 in 089a480

ImageComponentType ComponentType = "Image"

and a new command group kind deploy has been introduced.

api/pkg/apis/workspaces/v1alpha2/commands.go

Line 29 in 089a480

DeployCommandGroupKind CommandGroupKind = "deploy"

need to add tests and also common utils in devfile/api and devfile/library for the new component & command group types
