Description
Update only the lockfile to Handlebars 4.7.10 and qs 6.16.1 within existing parent ranges. This removes two critical Handlebars advisories, one medium Handlebars advisory, and one high qs advisory from the development dependency tree.
Fresh Snyk dependency scans including development dependencies confirm the targeted advisory IDs are absent at the final commit, with no new dependency advisory IDs. Snyk Code was also scanned against tracked source.

How to test
npm ci,npm run build, andnpm run lintpass.npm testexits 1 with "No tests found"; the baseline has no tracked Jest tests and this change only updates the lockfile.Remaining findings and limitations
Other dependency findings remain. Follow-redirects is already covered by draft #102. Four existing low Snyk Code findings in the local test runner remain for separate review.
