UP-05: Show the same update in Marketplace #111

Part of #89.

Deferred: not part of the immediate update gate (#113). Resume after #113 passes; depends on UP-04 (#110). Irzhy owns the Marketplace part.

Done means

Release acceptance: Each exposed feature works clearly from start to end, including recovery. Keep unfinished or confusing features hidden until their complete journey passes. Hiding a feature does not complete its task; source checks alone do not establish installed acceptance.

• Marketplace displays the same release and Runtime state as System.
• Actions use the shared updater and approval contract.
• Irzhy's Marketplace work is reconciled before implementation begins.
