Agents continue work in the other issue lane while CI runs. The rules keep one active issue per lane, one heavy local Mac build, and owner agreement before branch retirement or PR closure.
All 0.7.1 task branches use
feat/0.7.1-modelsunless their issue names another base. A task stays open in QA / Review until its Done means is proven and its PR has the required reviews and is merged. When a PR leaves draft, agents request its reviewers on GitHub and report them.This follow-up to #115 changes only AGENTS.md and targets
feat/0.7.1-models.Validation: diff check, Home entropy, both Rust formatting checks and independent agent review passed. One review finding about issue-specific base exceptions was fixed and rechecked. The new candidate's CI is pending. Read results after completion; use the two task lanes while CI runs.
