Update all of react 19.1.9 → 19.3.0 (minor) - #6319

Checking it locally and it looks like the issue of dragging a selection is fixed! But now I notice another issue.. From my testing, committing/zooming to a time range is noticeable slower in 19.3 compared to 19.1. I don't know what's happening yet. This is a profile with 19.1 370ms jank becomes a 1second jank after 19.3. Maybe that's fine for a development builds. Testing the deploy preview links don't show a big difference, so it's likely to be a dev build only issue. But maybe that's an okay hit to take. |

This looks like it's still mainly coming from I think this is an okay to hit compared to the old issue that we had, which was pretty much unusable. Let's merge this. For the record, this is used for react 19.2+'s dev only "Performance Tracks" feature (which technically the Firefox Profiler doesn't support). |
