Columns Block - Missing Column Widths setting when columns > 7 #3383

Activity
- We intentionally removed the column width slider when there are > 7 columns (line 94)
- Observation: When there are 10 columns, the width adjustments are now locked since the minimum values per column is 10%.
- Proposal: Increase the limit to 9 columns. Also remove the whole column width setting including label, slider, and inputs to avoid confusion.
Yes we are limiting the number of columns in the slider, but how about if the current number of slides are already past the limit, we increase the max number to match the number of slides

If there are more than 7 columns, the Column Widths settings is missing.

Expected behavior
The Column Widths setting should not be missing, even with more than 7 columns.
