Stackable blocks crash in editor with Gutenberg React 19 #3766

Description

@Arukuen

Describe the bug

Stackable blocks crash in the block editor when the Gutenberg React 19 experiment is enabled.

The browser console reports:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'includes')
    at Jr (stk.js?ver=3.20.2:2:530131)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install and activate Gutenberg 24.0.0.
  2. Go to Settings > Gutenberg > Experiments.
  3. Enable the React 19 experiment and save.
  4. Create or edit a page in the block editor.
  5. Observe the block error in the editor and inspect the browser console.

Root cause

The reported minified location stk.js:2:530131 source-maps to:

src/components/inspector-tabs/index.js:71

The failing expression is:

props.tabs.includes( defaultTab )

React 19 removes defaultProps support for function components. Consequently, props.tabs is undefined and the call to .includes() throws
