The Remix README still initializes the server SDK after application imports and attributes parameterized client routes to
withSentryalone. Document early Node initialization, server error capture, and the Vite plugin's route-manifest, dependency-instrumentation, and source-map responsibilities. Preserve the upload CLI instructions as the classic-compiler alternative.Fixes #24558.
