Support for forge pr view without PR number #100

gh pr view --web is opening the current PR in the browser.

What was built in #97 probably needs to be extended to keep track of which checked out branch was associated with which PR number.

Alternatively one could go through all open PRs and match branch names, but this won't scale to large repos.
