Adds two agent skills under catalog/equinoxaifinance-rgb/: cited-web-evidence (ProofFetch) and watch-page-changes (FluxProof). Each url points at a public SKILL.md. ai-catalog.json is not regenerated here because the generator needs api.mcp.github.com; per CONTRIBUTING, the main-branch workflow regenerates it after merge.
