Update the existing Applied Epistemic Engineering community catalog entry to v1.4.0.
Validation results: extension ID and semver formats passed; the public repository contains extension.yml, README.md, and LICENSE; the tag-pinned download URL belongs to the submitted repository and matches v1.4.0; the archive returned HTTP 200; SHA-256 was computed as
14e02e74f65acd1d5f9360694315f7201aa753c82246f508426d9d39ecfd5464; the v1.4.0 GitHub release exists; and all required issue checklists are checked. The catalog preserves created_at, downloads, and stars, updates the required Evaluator companion dependency, and the JSON validates successfully.
