This only works for cmake plugin; only files in include directory with extension of `.ixx` are considered as module interface units.

.ixxare considered as module interface units.I am re-opening it from #181. In that PR, @DanAlbert says it's broker to only supports cmake. But nowadays, ndk natively supports c++ module when using cmake, but not when using ndk-build. ndk itself is a broker. So I am re-opening it to at least benefit cmake users to have prefab c++ module support.
