Guzzle 8 drops getResponse() from RequestException and promises 2 removed rejection_for(), so the log handler needed updating. PSR-7 v3 only accepts string header values, hence the small test fixes. react/http stays a suggestion only, it can't be installed next to Guzzle 8.

Fixes #813
Guzzle 8 removed getResponse() from RequestException, and rejection_for() is gone since promises 2.0, so I updated the log handler for both. The formatter tests needed a small fix too because PSR-7 v3 doesn't accept bool header values anymore.
I also had to take react/http out of require-dev since it needs PSR-7 v1 and can't be installed together with Guzzle 8. It's still listed under suggest for the OAuth example.
