How to build UberFTP under Windows 10 ？

Hi I am running ./configure --prefix=/d/UberFTP in MSYS2 UCRT64 and getting the following error

./configure: line 4596: Syntax error near unexpected token GLOBUS_COMMON, ' ./configure: line 4596: PKG_CHECK_MODULES(GLOBUS_COMMON, globus-common, have_globus_common=yes, have_globus_common=no)'

But I don't know how to successfully compile the source code of GCT under Windows 10, so the GLOBUS_COMMON module cannot be installed.
