Adds 5 new modules:
Metrics — (accuracyScore, precisionScore, recallScore, f1Score, confusionMatrix)
Model Selection — (deterministic splitting with configurable test ratio and random seed)
Naive Bayes — (per-class mean/variance, MAP log-probability classification)
Neighbors — (majority vote), (mean of neighbors), both using Euclidean distance
Feature Selection — (removes features with variance below a threshold)
All modules include JUnit 5 tests, Javadoc, and build.gradle dependencies.
