    @xSmurf I am working on a new release of gitteh to offer up the missing functionality provided by libgit2, expect to see this available in the near future.

    @faceleg

    @samcday have you managed to achieve this?

    @faceleg @xSmurf I haven't yet gotten around to exposing this functionality in gitteh.

    I plan to round out missing functionality (this included) in a v0.18.0 release in the short-term.

    This should be a priority. 👍 can't wait for v0.18 )) thanks

    @AnAppAMonth

    I'm trying to let my test runner automatically compare the stack trace of an error against the changed lines of recent commits to figure out which change likely caused the error. So I need this functionality. I'm looking forward to 0.18!

    @djrenren

    +1 Really need this feature because without it I'm stuck using nodegit >.<

    @jmrenner + all I hear you - I'll get to work on it as soon as I'm done updating documentation for latest gitteh ;)
