[Windows] Verify: hidden title bar frame, border and maximize details #76

Description

@lijy91

These were reported against window_manager 0.5.x, whose platform code is gone: window_manager 0.6.0 is rebuilt on nativeapi. None of them has been checked against nativeapi yet. Each needs a reproduction with nativeapi (a Flutter app on the Window API), then a fix or a note that it no longer happens. Tick them off here as they're checked.

The Windows hidden-title-bar implementation has been reworked in nativeapi (WS_CAPTION kept, top-edge hit testing, DWM frame extent), so several of these may already be fixed.

    Replayed with the real nativeapi Flutter Window API in a real Flutter Windows app (Windows 11 build 26200, Flutter 3.47.6 debug): tools/gui/flutter_window_reports_test.ps1 builds the fixture tools/gui/window_reports_flutter.dart against the workspace's Dart packages, paints solid colours, and measures native geometry, styles, DWM caption buttons, pixels and frame-by-frame samples. No keyboard input; the only clicks are owner-guarded ones on the app's own window. The suite passes repeatedly on core 9d6b50d (workspace libnativeapi/nativeapi@2894880).

    • #554 / #450 — with the title bar hidden, a maximized window's content is exactly the work area: the taskbar stays uncovered and there is no gap; the bottom bar reaches the taskbar.
    • #378 — in full screen the content covers the monitor exactly; no padding at the corner or the bottom.
    • #397 — leaving full screen: the restored window's top sampled ~200 times through the transition shows only content, no caption.
    • #576 — with a transparent background colour the caption buttons (DWM caption button bounds) and the title are there; a screenshot is saved for the eye.
    • #547 — on Windows 11 the top border is drawn as thick as the side ones (2 px each; the top one is the DWM frame extended into the client area). Windows 10, where the report was mostly seen, was not available — leaving this open for it.
