Port the offline FlipView and its image assets while retaining the existing directory layout and central package management. Source: main@72b7d1b9 (#432) Omitted: directory move from main@562c3091 (#439) Validation: x64 Release remains blocked by a pre-existing duplicate WindowsAppRuntimeAutoInitializer.cpp error reproduced on the committed baseline. Description
Add the UXFrameworksOnIslands sample to demonstrate the new features from the Microsoft.UI.Content namespace in WindowsAppSDK 1.7.0. The changes are ported from branch release/experimental.
Moved the existing SimpleIslandApp sample to the Samples/Islands/SimpleIslandApp/cpp-win32-unpackaged directory.
Target Release
The PR aligns with WindowsAppSDK 1.7.0.
