   The issue repros with Visual Studio as well. I've filed a bug at https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/988825/c-intellisense-gives-incorrect-value-for-has-attri.html .

   Thank you for the report. We’re closing this as not planned.
   The linked VS bug was closed as lower priority which means we will not be getting a fix for this in VS Code.
