Normalizes small style inconsistencies found in a full scan of the English MDX pages; the docs were otherwise consistent in voice, tense, and heading case.

Overview
This PR applies editorial consistency across English MDX docs—no product behavior, samples, or API content changes.
Keyboard shortcuts now use
<kbd>Cmd</kbd>and<kbd>Ctrl</kbd>instead of mixedCommand,CMD, andCTRLon pages covering markdown export, assistant shortcuts, MCP setup in Cursor, the MDX extension, snippets, and contact support.UI copy shifts a few instructions from “choose” to select (Auth0 OAuth setup, Document360 export, GitBook Git Sync direction). GitLab deploy note wording is tightened around Personal Access Token expiry.
