Problem connecting the LDAP Overlay whith Moodle #1585

Hello,

I installed the ldap overlay. Now, I want users to connect to moodle through OpenID Connect for this I configured the OpenID Connect plugin in moodle with the following information:
Client ID: my client ID
Client Secret : my secret ID
Authorization Endpoint: http://localhost:8080/ldap-openid-connect-server/authorize
Token Endpoint : http://localhost:8080/ldap-openid-connect-server/token

And I created a client in OpenID Connect giving it moodle's redirect URL: http://localhost/moodle/auth/oidc/

The folowing error is displayed when a user tries to connect to moodle through OpenID Connect:
Error in OpenID Connect. Please check the logs for more information. the URL displaying this error is: http://localhost/moodle/auth/oidc/?code=07XiB2&state=Gl9ZfcfbsavqKdX
In the moodle logs the following message is displayed:
auth_oidc\utils::process_json_response:290: Bad response received Data: (string)L'URL est bloquée.
"L'URL est bloquée" means The URL is blocked

Can you please help me solve this problem
