Validation error when listing resources in simple-resource server example

Describe the bug
The simple-resource example does not work - it throws an error when listing resources.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to examples/servers/simple-resource
2. Run uv run mcp-simple-resource --transport sse --port 8000
3. Point MCP inspector at the server
4. Click list resources
5. See error

Resources listed and available

Root Cause: AnyUrl() constructor requires host, but file:/// URLs don't have hosts.

Fix: Use FileUrl(f"file:///{name}.txt") for clean file:// URL construction with correct function signature.
