[Bug] Password checkbox unchecks after error message

When creating a public share link for a file or folder, the "Password protection" checkbox is unchecked if submit with non-compliant password

Enable password_policy app
Enable any policy in "Administration settings > Security > Password policy > General password policies"
Enable "Always as for a password" in "Administration settings > Sharing > Allow users to share via link and emails"
Go to Files app and create public share link for a file or folder
Enter a non-compliant password (except the length)
Submit

The error password is shown up, the "Password protection" still checked and the input password not cleared.

This needs to be fixed in the files_sharing frontend
