📚 Description

Hello,

Storybook Nuxt v10 has been released which removes the necessity of using the pkg.pr.new pipeline.
This PR also:

• removes the shims for Storybook V10.
• removes storybook-nuxt-paths-app-config plugin. Fixed by fix: seed runtime config before user plugins are evaluated nuxt-modules/storybook#1107
• removes storybook-nuxt-components. But i'm not sure why we even needed this workaround in the past.
