Missing TypeScript definitions for dynamic endpoints (NestJS) #2

The autogenerated types don’t include dynamic parameters for endpoints like getCompanyById(id).
When using TypeScript in NestJS, the SDK requires casting to any for most calls.
Proposed fix: Extend OpenAPI schema generation to emit .d.ts with inferred types from the YAML spec.
