This should also include updating the logic for how the icon is rendered. Right now the icon can be rendered inside the __text element wrapper, but the icon should only ever be rendered inside the __icon wrapper element.

NotificationBadge should also be updated to remove the animation class whenever the badge is interacted with (so it can "ring" again).
