Upgrades the extensions in the standard images, moves Spock and lolor, and fixes
three problems the upgrades exposed.
the standard and coldfront flavors inherit by chaining. The Spock bump renames
every
spock5.0.xpackage list and tag.across all 12 standard package lists (both spock lines, 3 PG majors, 2 arches).
epoch+flavorsare replaced by a singleepochsmapping, so a flavor that changed moves on its own while the others keep their
epoch and are not rebuilt.
parent_build_tagnow resolves every parent by theepoch it was actually published with, not the child's — without that, two spock
lines on different epochs would each demand a differently-tagged copy of the one
shared
postgresbase.PACKAGE_RELEASE_CHANNELwas applied only in thebasestage, so chained flavors silently inherited their parent's channel. Eachchained stage now re-points its own repo config, and the staging channel is
scoped to just the flavors sitting on a new epoch.
