From manual page: https://php.net/imagick.orderedposterizeimage

Warning
This function has been DEPRECATED as of Imagick 3.4.4. Relying on this function is highly discouraged.

When you say something is deprecated, you should always say what the alternative is, what it has been superseded by, etc. and provide links to the relevant docs. If there is no replacement, say so and explain why.

You don't just tell people "Don't use this", you say "Don't use this, use that instead".
