原文の php/doc-en#4870（php/doc-en@b768057）で、ODBC のページが PHP 8.5 に合わせて整理され、PHP 8.5 で削除された特定のドライバ向けのビルドフラグが別の節にまとめられたので、これに追従しました。これで uodbc モジュールの未訳・要更新はなくなります。
あわせて、Windows 版の PHP にはこの拡張モジュールが組み込まれていて追加のロードは不要、とする記述を削除しました。PHP 7.0.0 より前の説明で、原文では php/doc-en#564（php/doc-en@eec6a4a）で削除されており、直後の「
php_odbc.dllを有効にする必要がある」という記述と食い違っていました。対象ファイル
