fix(mobile): delivered messages no longer reappear at the bottom of long threads - #26739
On mobile, a message sent earlier in a long thread can reappear at the bottom of the timeline, below newer work, showing the time it was queued on the phone.
After delivery, mobile keeps a local copy of the message until the server echoes it. It decided "echoed" by looking for the message in the loaded thread. Since https://git.cafe/pingdotgg/t3code/pulls/26240, threads load a bounded window of history, so once the message left the window its copy came back as a pending row. The copy was also only ever pruned on the next delivery, under the same check.
Fix
Decide by event sequence instead of by whether the message is loaded.
client-runtime:EnvironmentThreadState records the server sequence its data reflects, written together with the data, and is exposed through sequenceAtom. A cached snapshot carries the cache's sequence, so a stale cache can't hide a copy early. threadHasCaughtUpTo (exported from @t3tools/client-runtime/state/threads) checks a thread against a write's sequence, so web can reuse it when it keeps sent messages beyond a view.
server + contracts:launchThread returns the initial message's commit sequence (optional sequence on OrchestrationV2ThreadLaunchResult), matching what dispatchCommand already returns. The reported case came through this path: the thread's first message created the thread.
mobile: the outbox stores the delivery's sequence on the acknowledged copy. threadHasCaughtUpTo decides both rendering and pruning: the copy goes away once the thread's sequence reaches it, whether or not the message is loaded. Looking for the message stays only as a fallback for older servers, which don't send a sequence.
Tests
pending-thread-feed.test.ts: an applied message that is no longer loaded doesn't come back as pending.
threadOutboxDelivery.test.ts: a caught-up copy is pruned even when the thread's loaded window doesn't hold its message.
threads-sync.test.ts: the state's sequence advances with applied events.
ThreadLaunchService.test.ts: a launch returns the message sequence, and a retried launch returns the same one.
Not yet checked on a device: reproducing needs a thread longer than the loaded window plus a send from mobile.
…ong threads
Mobile kept a local copy of each delivered message until the server echoed it,
and decided "echoed" by finding the message in the loaded thread. Since threads
load a bounded window of history (#26240), an old message that left the window
came back as a pending row at the end of the timeline.
The thread state now records the server sequence its data reflects, launches
return the initial message's commit sequence like dispatches already do, and
the outbox stamps that sequence on the acknowledged copy. The copy is dropped
once the thread reaches it; the message lookup remains only for older servers.

Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Delivered mobile messages stop reappearing after they leave the loaded history window by tracking server commit sequences. Older-server fallback and existing outbox editing safeguards remain intact, keeping the change narrowly scoped.

Launch results and client thread state now carry sequence values. Mobile acknowledged-message handling uses thread sequence progress and loaded messages to determine whether a delivered message remains pending.
Launch results add an optional sequence for the initial message. The server includes the dispatch sequence when available, and the replay test checks that retries preserve it.

Thread state initializes and records sequence values from snapshots and event batches. Thread details expose the sequence, and sync tests check updated and resumed state.
Acknowledged messages can include a delivery sequence. Successful delivery results pass that sequence to retention, and echo detection checks thread catch-up. Tests update delivery results and thread-state mocks.
The pending selector uses thread sequence progress and loaded messages. Composer state passes the selected thread sequence, and the test covers a message outside the bounded history window.

pingdotgg/t3code#23546: Uses acknowledgment and bounded-history snapshot sequences to retire mobile message rows; this change extends sequence-based cleanup to live thread state and delivery sequences.

loadEarlier saved the resume snapshot outside applyLock, so an event midway
through applying could pair older data with a newer cursor. A resumed thread
also keeps the sequence its saved data reflects.

Keep state.sequence synchronized for every processed sequence.
applyEventsLocked updates lastSequence before returning when fresh is empty, and the no-op branch at line 579 also returns the old state. A reachable unknown-event or partial-window no-op can therefore leave the public sequence behind the processed cursor. If an acknowledged message is outside projectedMessages, threadHasCaughtUpTo sees the stale sequence and keeps the message pending.
Update the state sequence in both branches. Changing only line 579 does not fix the earlier empty-batch return.

Re the outside-diff note on applyEventsLocked (threads.ts:578-580): leaving this as is, on purpose.
state.sequence only lags when the trailing events of a batch change nothing in the projection. That lag can't strand an acknowledged copy:
Live events only add or update messages (upsertEntity in orchestrationV2Projection.ts:369), and loading older history doesn't touch messages. A message leaves the loaded projection only when a new snapshot replaces it, and every snapshot goes through setThread, which records that snapshot's sequence.
So a stale sequence and a missing message can't occur together. If the message arrived by a live event, it's in messages and the message check in threadHasCaughtUpTo matches it. If it arrived by snapshot, the snapshot's sequence covers it.
Stamping the sequence on no-op batches would bring back a new state object, and a composer re-render, for every event that changes nothing. That's what 057df06 removed.
On the description check: this is a maintainer PR, so the contributor "Scope and approval" section doesn't apply.
