fix(antigravity): preserve full account model catalog - #28433
Macroscope's review found this PR approvable — Preserves the full account model catalog across partial updates and refreshes existing catalogs once. The refresh is serialized, time-limited, and uses the existing disposable-session cleanup path.

Walkthrough
The Antigravity provider combines configured model options with session models and retains session models during configuration updates. The driver performs a serialized, one-time model refresh when enabled if its profile marker is absent.

Summary
Combine configured and session models apps/server/src/provider/AntigravityProvider.ts, apps/server/src/provider/AntigravityProvider.test.ts
The provider combines configuration options with ACP session models and stores session model state for configuration updates. Tests cover partial and empty options, including a session model absent from the options.
Run a one-time catalog refresh apps/server/src/provider/Drivers/AntigravityDriver.ts, apps/server/src/provider/Drivers/AntigravityDriver.test.ts
When enabled, the driver checks for a profile marker and refreshes models if it is absent. It writes the marker after a successful refresh and logs failures as warnings. The test checks the refresh, driver requests, and process cleanup.
Config-only accounts can lose model choices after an update, and unsigned-in profiles can repeat an unnecessary refresh on startup. Resolve those behaviors before merging; the migration warning and test also need correction.

Preserve the catalog when session model state is absent.
If a session starts with a full configOptions catalog but no models, Line 336 saves undefined. A later partial ConfigOptionsUpdated event then rebuilds the catalog without the original choices. Those models disappear again. Retain the account’s initial config-derived choices for this case, and clear them on sign-out. Add a focused test with a config-only session setup. The existing account-switch test demonstrates that a setup without models is supported. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
As per coding guidelines, “Backend behavior changes ship with focused tests for that behavior.”

Limit the automatic refresh to legacy cached catalogs.
A new enabled profile has no marker, even when no account has signed in and no catalog needs migration. This branch starts the large ACP bundle anyway. If sign-in is required, the refresh fails without writing a marker, so the launch repeats on every server start. Check for a legacy cached catalog before starting the migration; normal sign-in already publishes a catalog. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Keep the refresh failure cause out of log annotations.
cause can contain lower-level ACP or process error text. Attaching the complete cause to a warning can put that unbounded text in logs. Log a bounded failure category instead, while retaining the cause in the structured error. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
As per coding guidelines, “Attributes and log annotations stay bounded: no raw payloads, command arguments or output, signed URLs, credentials, query strings, or arbitrary defect text.”

Cover the subsequent startup.
The test creates only one driver. It does not verify that the migration marker is written or that a second startup skips the refresh. Extend the fixture to recreate the same profile after the first migration completes, then assert that the second startup performs no acquisition or release.

Wait for migration completion before checking cleanup.
launch.cwd is the scoped setup directory. The executable-release finalizer signals h.releaseObserved before the enclosing process scope removes that directory. h.assertClosed can therefore check launch.cwd while cleanup is still in progress and fail intermittently.
Await a signal emitted after the migration marker write. That write occurs after refreshModels returns and its process scope has closed, so it provides the required cleanup boundary.

Summary
Fix Antigravity model discovery so account-scoped Claude and GPT models remain available alongside Gemini models.
Previously, a partial model config update could replace the full model catalog and leave only the Gemini entries visible.
