Extend the existing Linux development validation to independent Ubuntu 24.04 x64, macOS 15 ARM64, and Windows Server 2025 x64 jobs using the same pinned tools and unchanged dependency lock.

The matrix does not cancel other platforms on failure. Runner and interpreter architecture are verified, Git newline conversion is disabled before checkout, and Python installation and synchronization are separate steps. Tests, saved-snapshot validation, and full rendering run outside the original checkout. Copied data is hashed before tests; integrity guards check on failure without masking the primary error.

Restrict website rendering to the ten .qmd pages so engineering Markdown does not become a website page. Production workflow, dependencies, data, analytical code, and published artifacts are unchanged.

Local macOS validation previously passed 73 tests, snapshot validation, isolated rendering, and integrity checks. Hosted matrix evidence and output/search/navigation/data-contract acceptance remain pending review of this PR's runs. No production refresh or deployment is requested.
