- Line 54: Update the core-mode CLI command execution around `exec.Command` and
`CombinedOutput` to use a context with a deadline for each `argocd app create`
and `argocd app list` invocation. Handle and report context timeout errors so a
blocked command cannot leave the spec waiting beyond its deadline.
- Line 73: Replace the direct os.ReadFile use for srcKubeconfig with Kubernetes
kubeconfig loading rules that merge multiple configured paths and flatten
relative certificate and key references before writing the temporary kubeconfig;
do not log credential contents.
- Line 167: Update the `Eventually` callback around the `app list` command to
return its output and error as `(string, error)` instead of asserting on
`listErr` inside the polling attempt, so transient CLI errors are retried within
the existing two-minute limit.

What does this PR do?
Adds a parallel Ginkgo e2e test (1-144_validate_argocd_cli_core_mode) that verifies creating an Argo CD Application via the GitOps CLI in core mode (argocd --core), using the current kubeconfig context instead of logging into the Argo CD API server.
