Feature Request - Add a method to set sampleRateOffset for individual tracks. #15

Description

@ChrisMyrick

If there is not a hardware limitation for setting pitch/offset on individual tracks versus setting offset globally, I would find it indespensible.

    There's neither the memory nor the processing power to do this on a per-voice basis with the WAV Trigger. I've pretty much devoted everything to getting the max polyphony without glitches.

    The WAV Trigger's big brother, Tsunami, has 8 outputs and can do pitch/offset on each output independently, due to a faster processor and more memory.

    Thank you for the response, Robertsonics. These are great boards.

    FYI - I posted a simple Winforms utility that can be used to rename a folder/collection of .wav files in batch to prepended each file with an incremental numerical value in order to prepare them for use with the WavTrigger.
