Fix minipool status display for new minipools #278

For new minipools -

1. node status command shows as active+staking
2. minipool status command shows an accurate status that minipool is not active yet

In node status, it'd be useful to display a more granular status (like "waiting for beaconchain to process deposit" or something) to give an accurate status
